The Kentucky News Photographers Association’s annual POY contest and educational seminar is scheduled for Jan. 16 and 17, 2009, at the Marriott East in Louisville.

Contest judging in the TV and Still competitions will begin Friday, Jan. 16, 2009, at 11 a.m. and is open to the public. Saturday’s educational seminar will kick off at 8:30 with a full day of speakers, hands on learning and vendors. The awards luncheon will be Saturday during the speakers break and will feature a keynote speaker.

Contest rules and registration forms as well as hotel info and banquet registration forms will be posted shortly.
